Vagabond Fashion Influencer Brunch for UK Concept Store Launch

Objectives:

  • To launch Vagabond’s first UK Concept store in Kingston Upon Thames with a ‘brunch’ style presentation to key fashion influencers and local press

Strategy:

  • Jo Reynolds PR’s key strategy was to invite 10 key fashion influencers and local press to a special pre-opening launch of the new store, where a Swedish themed brunch with open sandwiches, Swedish pastries and coffee was arranged.
  • A brand presentation was given by the Brand Director who talked about the origins of the brand and its development within the UK market – followed by Q&A’s
  • Influencers were gifted with a pair of shoes & the Class of 2017 Vagabond Journal to encourage social media posts and mentions of the new store opening

Outcome:

  • Social media posts were immediately actioned with Accidental Statement, Fashion for Lunch, Marie Claire UK and Glamour UK amongst some of the posts that were generated during and post event
